Bought one of these last night. Stopped by the range this morning on my way to see some clients.

Put ~350 rounds through it. One failure to extract late in the session when the kit was very dirty.

All shooting was done offhand, so I can't speak to 50 yard precision yet, but I was able to hold a softball size group very easily shooting fast offhand at ~20 yards.

Took it over to the steel range and had a blast. Full mags into popper targets as fast as I could pull the trigger at 25 yards.

Best 200 bucks I have spent in a while.

I didn't even realize CMMG had a .22 conversion out. sounds great! I love CMMG's products, it would be very interesting to see how this plays out...

is it a bolt/carrier replacement?

just kidding. checked out the site and it is indeed a bolt/carrier replacement. in fact it looks EXACTLY like the Ciener kit I used to have. , is there any real difference between the two? better quality machining on the CMMG maybe? I was never impressed with the ciener.

I was at the range last week when a fellow club member pulled out one he had just got.
I had been shooting my Ceiner so we compared and the were the same as muck as we could tell.
About the same level of finish

It works great, love mine. Never saw a Ciener as they were constantly on backorder at Brownells - they finally dropped the brand and are now carrying the CMMG instead. They come with the Black Dog mags, which also work great.

$179 at Brownell's with a FFL/C&R discount.
