Footage of the head of the VA system shows him acting very self-congradulatory, to the point where a Congressman openly asked if he thought this exonerated him.
How can they tell if files have been copied or not? I did not know there was a logging system in the OS?
Do you honestly think they'd 'fess up to having the files copied? I think not. Bureaucrats don't like looking foolish. Admitting to having the files copied makes them look foolisher.
