Scare Tactics

My wife used to laugh at the precautions I would take to keep the house secure.She had the mind set that we live in a nice neighborhood so nothing was gooing to happen.

So----I got a friend of mine who at the time looked like a hoodlum to come home with me.I gave him the key to the front door and he let him self in.He just stood by the front door without saying anything.She came to see why I was not coming on into the house.I think she wet her pants when she confronted him and it was not me.He stepped out the door---I went in and she was shaking like a leaf.The fear turned to anger and I slept on the couch for a few days!!!

But she no longer takes for granted our "nice" neighborhood and has her own Glock.

No snickering here in our home.

Sometimes something comes up and my Spouse or I gets all strange but usually we are mentally able to two and two together really well fast. We just have one simple word.

If Commands are heard from inside the house in another room well... the other will be on the phone to LEO's and arming up.

Once we were in a important situation and a county prisoner was in the building doing work. I tapped spouse sign languaged towards the prisoner and pointed at my parking lot and left without a word spoken to take charge of our vehicle because it had weapons within in it that day.

Not a problem.

If I walked out like that for any other reason, I would have had a very angry hornet in the home and will be punished for days if not weeks.

No, there is no snickering.

Humor maybe... but no snickering LOL. However, something comes up and is dealt with and over with, it takes time to get past it and move on. Violence is for the Men, but the fury belongs to a woman and we better watch out!!!

If I find a Adult female who does not take seriously these kinds of subjects, then I wont waste my time trying to work on it. Does that make me really bad? No, there are some who are targets and prey and others predators and willing to do what is necessary in life. I happen to like the predators. =)
