Colt Anniversary 1911 model ANVIII

Anyone know if Colt is still manufacturing and delivering this model to distributors? I ordered 2 in August, and finally called the dealer to ask about it, and they said I should call Colt to find out (really? ). I know they were accepting orders until November 30, but I actually expected to get my 100 year anniversary model in the year of the 100th anniversary.

The way I understood it is that orders were accepted until the end of November, and then Colt would continue production until all those orders were filled. So, yes, they should still be producing them if they haven't filled all their distributor orders yet. I just bought one (new) a couple of weeks ago from a LGS, so I know they are around.
