$350-450 in 70-85% . They were good guns and Colt's, but the Colts from the late 30s up to early 60s are usually better in every way and sell better than the Army Specials.
Be aware the Colt introduced the Army Special model in 1908 and expected some military contracts. However by that time the focus was on adopting a future automatic pistol chambered to use a .45 cartridge.
In or about 1927 they changed the name to Official Police, but other then the name nothing else about the revolver was different.
Under the new name production continued until 1969.
So I suggest that you look for an Official Police - same gun but likely made using better material.
