Well, it's your choice. I have both-(well, mine is a Colt new agent). Both are absolutely reliable. Both are plenty accurate and I feel that the velocity and power is completely adequate.
The Colt is a bit easier to carry. Easier to conceal, (not that the 220 is hard) and lighter after a long day.
Go with the one you are the most comfortable shooting in stressful situations.
You can't go wrong picking between these two.
