Colt Detective 'P43257' Serial number date

I'm have trouble finding information on Colt Detective 38 special that are post 1976. I know its third series but I was trying to nail down the year. Serial number 'P43257'. Anybody have any information on tracking this down?

The numbers that year ran fromn P36850 to P61990.
