Colt SAA front sight question

does Colt adjust the front sight height on SAA's to account for barrel length? Is the front sight the same height on all barrel lenghts?

Shorter barrels and bigger bores typically have taller front sights. They should be amply tall on any of them for proper regulation with a file.
