Damn, a real Colt in XM trim would be very dandy indeed.

I might be willing to sell a few items to get one.

Definitely cool but I already have a '70s vintage Colt SP1 and while my XM177E2 is a mix-n-match parts gun the folding stock (as well as some other parts), is an older Colt aluminum version. Will be interesting to see what other models they come out with in the next few years.

According to the video they are only going to make 1,000-1,500 of each. Sounds like they will sell out fast.

That would be anything over a thousand. Theyre able to sell 6920's for considerably less than that. Wholesale prices for agency use being much less than that. Ive seen wholesale prices on LE6933 11.5 SBR sell for less than $700 to agencies in the last year. Figure anything after that for just about any Colt rifle is profit. Not against anyone making profit but figure the actual production price with a minimum profit being lower than you'd think it would be.
