Comments on Armalite Tac18 Please

I have the itch for an ar10. A used but in very good condition armalite tac18, for $1200 just came along. Would appreciate comments from those that have, or used, them. I'll use it at the range and maybe to hunt. Seems like a good price for a very good ar-10 from posts I've found on various forums. Would really appreciate some comments.Thanks,

Haven't used that particular variant, but had an AR-10A2C and loved it. It ran flawlessly with the Gen II mags. I never would have sold it, but when the opportunity arose to trade it for a Lagun FTV-2 knee mill and a bunch of tooling that would have cost $5K-$6K ordinarily, I jumped on it.
