There's no mention of a "right to drive" in the COTUS or the BOR. It's a mere privelege.

How about requiring 2 credits in 'gun handling and shooting' to graduate at a public high school? They seem to do so well teaching our children all of the other skills they need in life

Guess what I'm trying to say is that if you own a gun, you owe it to yourself and to everyone around you to know how to properly shoot and maintain it. And those are usually learned skills that need to be taught.
