It will be interesting to see you wearing your pistol concealed carry -- with holster covered and uncovered.

What is your fav rig and how many mags do you carry?

Sorry, but you will not see any pictures of me carrying concealed, then exposing my sidearm for the whole world to see. When I carry, no one can tell, that is the whole point.

Touchy subject I guess . . . .

Assume you are looking for ideas for concealed carry . . . suggestion would be to go to holster manufacturer's web sites (Bianchi, Uncle Mikes Galco etc) and have a look.

Search on Yahoo: http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=gun+holster&fr=my_top

Also, number of magazine articles and yearly publications that have good information on various forms of concealed carry.

I carry my 3" Sp101 in a IWB Milt Sparks VM-2 and an extra speedloader. After christmas I will get another VM-2 for my kimber.

Welcome to The Highroad, Beltslide!

First consider a carry method that will allow you to present the weapon in a fairly rapid fashion then get clothes to conceal that method of carry. Now you don't need to have speed rig like you see in competition but I prefer something that I can access and have on target in less than a second and a half.

Bare in mind that this is simply my opinion and many others exist but personally I wouldn't want to carry in an ankle rig, Smartcarry or fanny pack unless I was forced to by the clothing that is required. While these methods can be concealed quite effectively they are slow to access.

For these reasons I prefer to carry in an IWB (Inside the Waist Band) holster that is supported by a good, sturdy, gun belt.

My favorite holster is a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2 - I own three of them. I generally carry it with a Wilderness Tactical nylon or Galco leather belt. The guns I like best for carry are Glocks and 1911s. The caliber I like best for carry is .45 ACP. The models I've chosen are a Glock 30 and Kimber Compact & Custom CDP II. With the G30 I generally carry one 13 round backup mag and two mags for the 1911s.

To conceal these guns well I use an untucked button up shirt in the summer and in the winter I often wear a light jacket or vest.

If you have any specific questions I'll do my best to help you find an answer.
