Condition White Kidnapping

Does anyone recall a kidnapping which took place in Florida of a young girl who was grabbed in broad daylight near I think a car wash? The girl was in complete Condition White, staring at her feet, and wasn't aware of her kidnapper until he grabbed her. The kidnapping was caught on a surveilance video camera of the car wash.

I would like to find a copy of that film clip to show to my granddaughter who also walks around staring at her feet.
