One of the two here with a red dot mounted was the gun, I just don't remember which one. Not that it really matters, as they all seem to shoot about the same. All 10.5" PSA builds.

Those 10.5 PSA uppers shoot surprisingly well. My son had one and was tagging 12" gongs at 400 using M855. I would have never guessed. That's a 3 MOA target but pretty impressive considering the ammo, and a 4X optic.

Most of my stock AR's seem to want to shoot pretty well, and about as mentioned above, 2" or so from prone at 100 yards with GI or run of the mill reloads that approximate them.

This was shot with my generic reloads 55 gr. Hornady BTFMJ's over 748 running around 2700 fps, at 100 yards, off a rest zeroing the gun. Sight was a 4moa Aimpoint. The badge on the hat is about 1"x 1.5".

I shot this at 100 yards, prone from a bipod with my reloads, 55 grain Nosler BT's over 4895 at 3000 fps.

This is the gun, an Armalite M15A4T 16" SS barrel FF handguard.

This is epic.

For the record, almost all of my ammo is 55 grain Lake City stuff. All the ARs I've used shoot have been 1.5 MOA at worst. I do shoot this same ammo through a more accurate AR and it fires sub-MOA.

I've seen performance differences between this kind of ammo and Black Hills, but I sometimes feel like the difference in ammo is overstated.

I have a Bushmaster, tuned a little, that will do 5/8, 3/4, regularly and 1" normally which I consider superb. This is with a 12X scope and tailored handloads. If this was shot with irons at 500, well, it must be time for the rapture. I ain't buyin' it.
If there's proof, I'll apologize. A picture and some words on an accomplishment of this magnitude smacks of trolling.

Read his post and the targets before flinging accusations.

The post says contact to 500. The OP didn't say the groups were 500 yards, and the targets tell the real distance if you know anything about measuring groups.

The implication was that the group was at 500. That. I sincerely apologize if I somehow misread the post.

I stand chastened and corrected. You, sir, could be a trifle clearer in the title of your post. Mea culpa. Saw the later post re 50 yards. I bet it will do better.
