Holsters for the 3" GP100 are not the most common holsters out there.
I've found a couple...
But, I was looking for one that I could grab and shove in my belt at home, if needed.
I found this old Klipspringer holster from Safariland..,
It's marked for a 3" K frame, but fits my GP100 perfectly. The large spring wire on the back slips into the beltline like a paddle holster. Conceals under a fleece well.
It is in great shape, with the only detraction being some light cracking in one layer of the thumpsnap strap. Made of "safarilaminate", it has a smooth suede lining. Paid $20 shipped on ebay. PXL_20211114_215240618.jpg PXL_20211114_215206303.jpg PXL_20211114_215326203.jpg

That looks great! I love the compact grips on the 3" GP; they fit perfectly.
Nice find, I’ll look for one to carry the .44 Spl. GP.

I agree, the compact grips look and feel so much better than the originals that came on the GP .44’s, I swapped mine out and never looked back. :)

Stay safe.

I like the feel of the compact Lett grip, and shoot with them very well. And, of course, the compacts make for an easy toting revolver. I sometimes carry this GP100 concealed, IWB.
But, I have to admit, the first few boxes of ammo I shot through this GP100 were with the OEM Hogues…and I found they fit me great. I liked them so much, I bought a set of similar wood Hogues. However, the wood ones are slightly thicker in the web of the hand, and less contoured, feeling a little squared off. I shot 50rds of Winchester Silvertip magnum loads, and they pounded the web of the hand area pretty bad…and I’m someone who thinks a Model 19 with the small Magna grips and Tyler T grip is a pussycat.
If I want to use the wood Hogues, I’ll have to go at them with a Dremmel sanding drum. D321621A-1F1D-4305-A20E-D4579DCC5241.jpeg

Neat holster. I didn't know they existed. Nice gun and grips on all accounts. I have stock grips on my 4"gp100.
