I have a Winchester Model 94 .30-.30, and I've tried Hoppes Benchrest and Tetra Gun with a lot of scrubbing, but I can never get ALL the copper fouling out of the barrel. The grooves always get good and clean, but I always still have a thin coating of copper on the lands. I can see it when I shine a light down the barrel. Is it normal to always have some copper fouling on the lands? How much would this affect the accuracy? I bought this gun new about 10 years ago.
