You are the only one twisting
I asked you to support your statements, you then made up excuses as to why you could not
I'm glad to see that you finally did what you should have done in the beginning and delivered at least some credibility to your assertion of POWs
However it should be noted that they are allowed to use only certain approved weapons and must receive training in that weapon
Whether you feel that level of training is enough is irrelevant
Your entire argument is assumption based on gun shop conversations and reading about what others have done
Many of those that have done it have told you that it can be done with ease, but you assume the position of gun shop guru and feel you know more than those of us that have done exactly what you say can't be done
You constantly assume that the officers did not use binoculars when there is nothing to indicate that they did or did not
The camera man readily admits that his actions were suspicious and that the camera had a pistol grip and could have been mistaken for a gun, but none of that matters to you, because you have learned enough to question their actions from working in a gun shop
My interaction is a little more than just talking to them when they feel like wowing me with their exploits
My BIL is a 20 year deputy
A cousin is retired from OPD vice
Plus I have been on the receiving end of some of those police exploits more than a couple of times.
But you know more because you work in a gunshop
I have lived and worked with men who saw range day as something to be avoided if at all possible and to whom a day at the range meant nothing more than they had to clean that damn rifle and they could make that shot in their sleep
But you know those cops could not have made the shot because you work in a gun shop
They covered a suspect and kept him in their sights without firing until it was verified that he was a threat
But you know they did not properly ID their target because you work in a gun shop
Go out get some real life experience
If you must read then don't just read ballistics charts and attempt to decipher them beyond your capabilities
Read about some real life experiences
Hell just read this thread and the one about .223 supposedly not being effective past 150 yards
There or accounts there by real life soldiers with real life experience in killing with the platform out to 400 yards
But you know that those stories can't be true because you work in a gun shop
I'm done
You will never get it, you work in a gun shop
