I am 64 yrs old and shoot a glock 26. Yesterday at approximately 4pm I was shooting and noticed I had trouble aligning and focusing on the sight. I just had my eyes checked previously so my vision was as well as can be expected. Can anyone recommend a good adjustable daytime sight for us older shooters that might be easier to see and align:confused:

+1 on the fiber optic front sight. Makes a huge difference to me (I'm 67). My PMR 30 came with fibers front and rear. I love it.

My old eyes apprciate the fiber optic sight as well. I put one on my 24/7 , and will likely switch my 1911 over soon.

Ron,

I think it's one of those age things. I can last about an hour before I have trouble focusing. A short break helps.

When I was still shooting HP, I found once I got to the 600 yard line, I would have about six seconds to get off a shot before focus would fade.

Over the past couple of years I've found myself drifting towards FO.

Sucks gettin' old, huh?
