Crazy birds!

A local range I shoot at has a flock of 15-18 turkeys that hang out near the skeet range. The shot from the center stations falls on them, but they don't care.

At the Skeet Shooting Assoc. range in San Antonio, we were shooting trap while 3-4 deer were about 100 yards out, minding their own business.

I was shooting trap one night, and there were several small birds flitting about in the bushes on the berm around the range. I didn't get onto one clay until it was waaayyy out. I dusted the clay and the bird that flew up behind it.

During archery one morning, we had to stop shooting while a hen turkey strutted right in front of the targets. It was a metropark, out of season, and the rangers would have really frowned on anyone taking out that bird.
