I have a 1.5 inch crossbreed belt and it serves my purposes fairly well. I can't help but wonder though if I shouldn't have spent the extra $20-30 and gotten the Beltman 1.5 inch bullhide belt.

For those of you that have experience with BOTH belts, could you give me a rundown of what you thought? Is the beltman good enough to justify spending another $80-90 bucks when I already have a "decent" gun belt.

if you were happy with what you have, you wouldn't have started this thread.....

I do have both.
The BeltMan is better, although the CrossBreed is pretty damn good.
Oddly, my SuperTuck and mag carrier from CrossBreed fit better with the BeltMan product than they do with the CB one.

If you have any real reason to get another belt, try out BeltMan, and be prepared to wait a while. If you don't need/want another belt, don't sweat it.
And if you want more belt reviews, feel free to buy me the BeltMan in black horsehide ... I'll be happy to tell you all about it!

The BeltMan is thinner and stiffer. The Crossbreed is double layer and less stiff.

Both work well, but you may not be able to get the Crossbreed through some belt loops, where the overlap from buckle goes into that first loop on the left.
