custom casting molds

What companies make bullet casting molds to custom specifications? I need one that can make a very large bullet, about 2.5" to 3" long. The biggest Lee will make is 1.25" long.

NEI will do molds over 1.8", but they want a $300 cherry fee in addition to the $150+ mold.

This sounds sweet. Ryan you gave us the length dimentions but no diamanter dimentions. So maybe this is for a cannon? Please let everyone know your plans. Suspense kills me.

Well, I've tried everyone listed above, plus Dave Farmer at Hoch Bullet Molds.

Looks like only NEI and Bernie Rowles (Old West Bullet Moulds) can make them that size, and NEI charges a lot.

Their website has a CAD program were you can design your bullet, within certain limitations. Plus you can choose the block material & their prices & leade time are pretty decent if you decide to go ahead with the order after you designed what you want.
