For ranges like that, you need the higher BC of 6mm or 6.5mm bullets. Then you have to have the right twist rate. So it's probably a matter of picking a bullet and velocity you want to use, and then selecting the right cartridge and twist rate. Are you planning to shoot coyotes for their pelts? You might need a totally different load for that than one used for varmints.
I'd use the .243 Winchester or a wildcat using that case for the ranges you specified.
