Custom Kydex mag pouch

I've heard folks on here talk about making custom Kydex gear, and I had an idea. What I'd like to get made is a mag pouch assembly that would hold four M1 Carbine magazines, oriented with the bullets out, and the spines of the mags facing the belt.

Does that sound feasible? If so, can anyone point me in a direction toward seeing it done?
