The other day I was reloading some rounds for my 6.5X52MM for my Italian Cavalry Carbine, and even though I was carefully lubing the casings, I still got one stuck. Needless to say after an hour of hard labor, I finally got it free of the die, but noted the Norma base of the case was ripped off, and the re-capping pin had broken off. To make a long story short, I called Lee Precision, and explained to them what had happened, I told them that the die was not damaged, but the de-capping pin was broken and due to the pin being an integral part of the pin mechanism, I'd need a new de-capping pin mechanism. The nice gentleman, told me he'd send one right out , and according to my e-mail he did just that at no charge. Now that to me is customer service with a smile, I've been used to that by RCBS, as the majority of my reloading equipment is RCBS including the dies and the replaceable de-capping pins, and have been receiving excellent customer service by RCBS as well, but then again there dies are at least twice the price of Lee, as well as the three RCBS presses progressives, as well as the old Rock Chucker, and and old RCBS R-5.
