CZ 600 new models?

As always, I'm always scrolling Euro Optic website and noticed they have a new rifle listed in their SKUs but no info.

Same way I saw the Steyr Prohunter iii were coming out.

Listed as "ST2" and "ST3". But nothing else other than listings being built into their site.

Can't see how those monikers relate to anything else in their product line.

I tried to get in contact with CZ a while ago about be options for the CZ600, with no return contact (as I suspect as I'm kind of a nobody). Also with their big rebates and clearance sales across retailers, it's the time of year for new models to drop.

Has anyone heard anything?

Here's to hoping for an Alpha model with a standard synthetic stock and a light weight profit barrel to go along with my 6.5 and 30-06 models.

Also, they may use ST1, ST2, ST3 for action length, as evidenced by some Lux models.

Seems this might be a new model all the same.

I half agree. It should not have replaced their other lines. It should have been a 'modern' style addition.

It's a great rifle with great features considering I snagged my 6.5 for $600 and 30-06 will be a tad over $350 after sale plus rebate.

The recall was a hot mess but also dumb since it's a user-error type recall.

And having zero accessories for their "modular" platform was idiotic.

The rifle itself is great. Everything surrounding the rifle is pathetic.

No not saying the 600 is a bad rifle, but they promised a bunch and delivered nearly nothing. even the 557 wasn't bad but cz owners want the 550 and 527. It's also stupid them calling this new rifle the 600, it's like if Remington called the 770 the 721. It just craps on the name of a great rifle from there past and is nothing like the original.

Update:

CZ 600 "American". If I would have searched for 5 more minutes instead of posting, I would have seen it.

Basically the Lux with a thin barrel and no irons. More American shaped wood stock.

Make it in synthetic with the aluminum receiver for a mountain rifle and I might get a third one.

Nice looking rifle but I am not in the market for such a thing. The wooden bolt handle is a big oof. That's going to get beaten up before it makes it off the store shelf.

It’s almost identical to the 557 I have. When the 600 first came out, I had 0 interest in it, like many others I assume. And then with the recall business, I wouldn’t doubt if CZ moves on.

This is my 600 Range. .308. I have had it for about 3 weeks after almost 2 year wait but have not yet shot it. It does have some very nice features.[

Yeah they use a screw on built handle like so many others.

The alpha models that I have use a plastic ball on a metal bar.

Sadly, it makes the one thing you manipulate feel so cheap. My biggest beef with the rifle.

Again, other than them creating a CZ600 "Mountain" with the alpha body, light stock, and thin profile barrel.
