I had a really good range outing with my Turkish mil '96 CZ 75 today. The accuracy was mind boggling for a stock military pistol! I think most of the shooting world is fully aware CZ's reputation, so nothing I write here will make much of a difference one way or another. Anyway, I just wanted to relate a really great experience.

That's the thing I like about my CZ-75B (also a Turk Mil). It's a low cost gun that you just take out of the box and shoot. It needs nothing. I can't think of anything that will improve it. All it's ever asked for was more ammo.

IMHO, CZ is the best value in guns today. You can spend more money for a gun, but you won't get more gun for your money.
Shoot well and often.

Agree with all posts here! My CZ75B Mil was my first gun and a keeper to be sure! You can't buy them in MA anymore so I was particularly fortunate to have bought mine when I did as the AG kept them off the approved list just months later!

I want a CZ-75 SA for my 9mm pistol. Just can't see how I can go wrong with that. Don't have any 9mm guns yet but I've picked up a couple quarts of brass from the range just in case ;) But, for now I'm going to see about paying for all the other guns I already have.

That was exactly my experience and opinion of mine when I still owned it.

The only thing I didn't care for is the physical size. I personally don't care for a full sized pistol in 9mm. I'm still looking for the magic mini nine.

CZ's are very good pistols and I will very likely own another in the future.

My first pistol was a 75B. I have a target from the FIRST DAY I fired a rental CZ 75B before I bought mine: at about 7 yards, one ragged hole with no fliers.:D This was with a 10 round magazine. I don't ALWAYS do that well, but, as a newbie, I didn't know any better.
