JDGray,

The pictures are excellent. Thanks for the comments on the adjustable sear.

AtBackPackin,

I only had a limited number to ship out for testing. JDGray got the last one. I'm sorry. However, if I get positive feedback from the folks testing the sear, it will be available for purchase in the very near future.

One tester has about 360 rounds down range and will shoot 200 more this weekend. My CZ hit 400 rounds today with the beta sear. These 2 pistols have performed flawlessly to date. I hope to get 1,000 rounds from each tester with -0- problems.

I will be able to offer true "drop-in" trigger kits for CZ's very soon, based on the success of this sear. PM me if you want me to provide updates.

I already filed/adjusted my safety to fit the competition hammer I installed. Would there be any reason at all to reinstall this over what I currently have in.
The reason I ask is when I have the hammer half cocked and switch the safety on it has a positive switch feeling and "click" sound when I put it on and off.
At full cock it kind of is mushy and doesn't make a click sound when putting the safety on. When taking the safety off in full cock it will make the click sound.
Is this being too picky you think? I imagine I need to just take off more of the safety but would this adjustable sear just take care of that?

JDGray,

Thank you so much for the update. So far about half of the folks testing the sear report no problems; I should be getting reports from the other half next week. I hit 575 rounds with my beta sear equipped CZ today and the sear safety leg is working perfectly. My CZ has been 100% so far.

Impureclient,

It may cure your problem. The beauty of the adjustable sear is that you can hit the sweet spot perfectly, the first time, eveytime. All the beta testers have commented on how easy and accurately the adjustable sear is to mate to the manual safety. It only takes a few seconds.
