How do you all carry your CZ Ramis (or other manual safety CZ's)? Do you have one in the pipe and fully lower the hammer manually, do you lower to half cock, carry cocked with the safety on?

If you have the decocker model I'm assuming you carry at half-cock? Thanks!

I carry my Rami one up the pipe safety off. I either have her in a fanny pack or on my right side. I love it,it's easy to conceal. Cool login name!

+1 Hammer down on a live round. I'm comfortable with the DA trigger.

I edited to ask the question again. And clean up my poor cut and paste skills.

Mrs. Armoredman. If I may ask...why carry with one in the chamber and the saftey off? Just curious...BTW nice looking guns and rigs.

I carry my PCR one in chamber, and then use the decocker to go to half. I have a IWB Galco holster that is broke in pretty well.

people who carry hammer down on a cock-and-lock gun may like it when the trigger needs a longer, heavier DA pull to set it off...

when i first carried SA cocked and locked i was afraid that my moving around would disengage the manual safety. now, i am comfortable carrying cocked and locked and do so on a regular basis. that might have something to do with it.

CZ-75b .40 condition 1. On the rare occasion that I carry my CZ-82 9x18 I go with the hammer down on a live round because I don't trust the little ambi safety to not get bumped or rubbed off safe. I need a better holster for that gun.

CZ-75D PCR. One in the chamber, full mag, hammer decocked by decocker to half notch.

PO1--half cocked using decocker
75 comp--most of the time hammer half down on live round--sometimes cocked and locked

You can ask,I have no problem with that at all. I do that because my hand strength isn't real great. I am working on getting it better with practice. When we almost got car jacked I can just pop off a round to stop the would be thief from steeling our car. That way I don't have to rack the slide to put a round in the chamber. I was sitting on the side the creep was going to try and open the door on. He changed his mind real fast when he saw that me and Armoredman were armed.

Thank you for the complement on my rigs.

CZ 2075 RAMI polycoat in 9mm. Full mag, nothing in the chamber. This way I don't have to worry about an accidental discharge. This doesn't mean that I am careless with it. I still treat it as though it has a round in the chamber, hammer pulled back, and without an available safety.

The slim safety on the RAMIs isn't good for ME to carry cocked n locked with.

Hard to swipe off if in a hurry. My Cz75s are not a problem.

CZ-100 9mm with one in the chamber. The long DAO is useful for me in this regard. A great CCW pistol for my purposes.

I'm pretty new to carrying but have the cz rami in 40mm and have been carrying it with one in the chamber at half cock.
Been using a fannypack but might go smartcarry.
