So I have recently acquired a complete Kadet CZ75 (evidently non-b) and a CZ 75SA. The Kadet slide will work on the SA frame, naturally. The SA slide will not work on the Kadet frame, I suppose because it has no way of actuating the firing pin block.

How do I remedy this? Search hasn't turned up much here.

You can easily remove the FPB plunger and spring from the slide, this also improoves the reset.:)

It certainly was easy enough after figuring out how the firing pin comes out. The trigger just improved mightily. !

Thanks, that just opened up some options for me. Kinda like removing the mag safety on a BHP, or Series 80 parts on a 1911.

Yeah, the only safety I like on firearms, are manual ones, not the lawyer friendly ones.:D

Glad we could help!

Doesn't take much, now that I figured it out.

Take a punch and drive out the roll pin in the rear of the slide (doesn't have to be completely out) While doing that, keep the rear of the slide held against something or hold your hand over it to keep the firing pin and spring from flying. Firing pin block will fall out when the firing pin is removed.

Put firing pin and roll pin back together without the firing pin block and spring.
