Dan wesson

I have a dan wesson 22-vh in 6in and I bought a barrel in 8in for it but it didn't come with the shroud I should have just waited for a full assembly but I didn't. My question is since it is the same frame as there .357 can I interchange there shrouds. I have heard that I can but it was only one person and I want to confirm it. thanks

Yes you can, I regularly use a SS 6VH .357 shroud on my 722. I have a 6" barrel and have never found a Monson shroud to go with it. FYI-New manufacture shrouds are available from Dan Wesson in Norwich, NY. They tend to be a little pricey.

Sweet thats what I wanted to here, I don't suppose you have any pics of it do ya. The .357 stuff is a lot easier to find.

Savage shooter. Check out the DW forum and find EWK site there you can but just a shroud from him in a slab side and use it on one of your revolvers. price is very good to compaired to cz'z prices.
