I have nothing against feeding deer... it's called "bait".
For the record, my first meal today was cold leftover BBQ venison loaf.

Didn't watch the video but get the impression its of tamed deer from feeding, as a child I fed a deer from the car in yellowstone.

I live between food and water in draught conditions in central texas, every now and then I throw some corn, I don't consider it baiting more like helping. They still wont just stand around for ya to shoot em, but it does make them predictable! Although I buy 50lbs a hamburger a year and thats it for a family of 6 and all teenagers. Everything else is fresh.

Today I had biscuits and gravy but I used wild hog sausage with a little bit of special spice, tomorrow may be some deer sausage but it's heavily mixed, unless I have sausage for supper

I occasionally have deer for breakfast. The venison pan sausage is fried right before the eggs.

My baby girl and I get up early to fry up deer liver for breakfast. My wife won't abide it in her kitchen any later in the day.
The video gave me the willies, however. That's just not right...

Mmm. Yep, deer steak, grits, eggs and biscuits. Nothing beats it on nice cold morning. Even if I have to cook it. Sausage is good anytime.
