I would like to know if I can legally ship 50 Rounds of 38 Special +P from Fl to Penn. I am just a regular person shipping to a regular person. No FFL involved.

Yes but you can't send it through the USPS.

You need to use UPS or another shipping company as it has to go ground.

They did away with the old blue & white stickers. Here's what the new ones look like, you can print it out.



You have to go to a UPS "hub" to send ammo, the small stores on the corner won't do it.

The UPS "hub" method is how I had to do it a few years ago when I shipped some ammo from NY state to a TRH member in Louisiana. They were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly. Don't know if there have been any changes to the rules in the last few years.

My local UPS hub has those stickers at the counter, and will apply them to the box if you don't have one. I specified on the invoice that contents were "ammunition, small arms".

They were also kind enough to give me a few stickers for future use. However, you can also just draw that design on the box.

Ship it FedEx, from a FedEx service center, not a "FedEx store" and tell them it's ammo so it doesn't get stuck on an airplane.

There is no hasmat fee. Us normal people can't pack and ship hazmat items.

No hazmat but it costs more due to having to go ground.

Especially if you have to drive 92 miles one way to a FedEx hub like I would. If anyone wants ammo from me they will have to come get it.
