Defective grips

I just received a pair of Ahrends boot grips that I ordered through pickagrip.com and upon opening the package discovered that there was a rather significant chip in one of the panels. I'm naturally sending them back tomorrow and hope that they will make this right. Will post results of my experience.

I am very pleased to say that Don Williams of pickagrip was most gracious and apologetic for sending out a defective set of grips. Good guy to deal with.
