Dents in primers when reloading

Same problem here today while reloading .45 ACPs on my Dillon Square Deal B, and it was a tiny piece of debris on the primer ram. Thanks to this thread, my wife's toothbrush fixed it. I can't believe how close to harming myself I was. If I hadn't read this I might have used my own!

Tight primer pockets can cause it. S&B seems to be one that always causes it.

I had the same problem with my Dillon Square Deal B, as well. Just a little crud built up on the primer ram.

That happens all the time.
FOD is always finding its way onto the primer ram.
Keep it clean (as you load) with a toothbrush.
