Dewey rod and muzzle versus chamber guide...

What is better for the firearm (bolt action), clenaing from the muzle with a muzzle guide or from the breech with a chamber guide? Please recommend me one for a .30 cal rifle. I also need a rod that wont hurt the bore, maybe plastic lined? Please link to what products have worked for you. THANKS!

never, ever clean from the muzzle.

use a bore guide. search midway or sinclair
