I hope you did well, because that is basically what I have done. I ordered the same kit (on backorder), .38 carbide dies, and other goodies.

I watched some youtube videos of people with progressive presses, and I decided to start with the single stage. I can upgrade later, but I want to keep it simple while I learn the ropes.

no!!! bad spy, bad spy, pack it all up and send to the ghost.

lol. I've been immersing myself in the ABCs of reloading, reading past threads and watching youtube videos like crazy. I'm pretty sure I have the reloading bug now...I'm anxiously awaiting my orders so I can explore a bit more. Thanks for the replies guys!

exactly...and I want to make sure I like reloading....

I bought the Lee Classic Challenger kit. I reloaded about 1500 rounds of 9mm recently and I've started loading 7mm Rem Mag. it works great. I'm not trying to pump out huge volumes of ammo, just some 9mm and some match quality rifle ammo. I like breaking down the steps and keeping it simple with a single stage so far. The setup is easy with the Lee and the breech locks so I like it so far.
