It passed without me even knowing about it. Not good for a preacher. At least when it does happen I'll regain the sight in my right eye. But if I reach for my gun and all I have is the old Jennings .22 I sold to a "friend" years ago.........I'll know I'm in the wrong place.

I picked up a Schmidt Rubin 96/11 at a gun show on "our last day." No one seemed to be thinking about our supposed mortal peril. Needless to say, it was a pretty good day.

LOL -- I actually did order a Kahr CM9093 from Bud's last weekend and it arrived at the friendly FFL on Thursday. Wouldn't I have been surprised if the world had really ended!

Nope... was on an airplane returning from a cruise. Actually in the air at 6:00pm EST, when the Rapture was supposed to unfold.
"At 38,00 feet" I mused "I'll probably be the first into Heaven or the last into Hell"

no but i had a massive steak dinner at outback steak house. Figured it probably wasn't going to happen, but just in case i wanted my last earthly meal to be a good one.
