Difference between the civilian & LE Taser units?

What's the difference in the Taser units?

The length of the wires in the civilian version is 15ft and the LE one is 21ft is the only difference I can think of off the top of my head

Not sure about the others but with the X-26 it is just the lenght of wires.

Can the wires be upgraded? Also, I heard that the discharge time is longer in the civie version to allow for easier get-away...true?

The X-26 LE Model has a 21-foot range and the ride is for 5 seconds.

The X26c has a 15-foot range and the ride is an awe-inspiring 30 seconds.
