Differences between these two?

P250 = the modular fire control unit is hammer-fired and double-action-only.

P320 = the modular fire control unit is striker-fired.

Grip modules are interchangeable. Slides have to be matched with their respective type of fire control unit. There are other differences, but those are the main ones.

GC70 nailed it.. 250 is hammer fired, 320 is striker.. thats why the 320 is probably the striker fired pistol with the highest bore axis of all.. i like the concept of one frame, multiple grips and slides.. but in practice a lightweight pistol with such a high bore axis is... meh... at best

I've put a few rounds through a 320 and it shot just fine. I liked it as much as my PPQ and P99. They have great triggers, soft recoil, and good sights. I can see why a few departments in my neck of the woods are close to ditching Glocks and M&Ps for them. Frame gets scratched and chewed up, so what. Just pitch it and buy a new one for $40.

yeah, thats the advantage to them.. melt a glock frame leaving it too close to your heater and youre out at least $200.. but with the sig its $40 and you dont even need to go to an FFL to replace it
