Digital Scale Gets Less Accurate

Loonwolf,
Thanks for explaining what you have found with electrical interference when it comes to digital scales. I've heard flourescent lights will also cause digital scales to mis-behave too.

But I'm curious which models of digital scales did you find this behavior from electrical interference? The few units i have played around with seemed to work well. Even with flourescent lights over the loading bench.
My apologies, just seen this post.
I believe most of our analytical lab balances were Ohaus, but a few of the microgram balances were another brand. The ones i used in the culture lab were all Ohaus.
I was working with an old RCBs chargemaster at home, which is what got the battery pack. Currently my only scale is a hornady digital, and its been in use for 3-4 years. It freaks out when my phones too close, but otherwise has been good.
