Dillon 550 Caliber Conversion Question:

I realize that 243 and 308 have the same shell plate and locater buttons because the case head is the exact same. What I'm curious about is if 308 shares the locater buttons and or shell plate with another caliber, just as 45acp shares the same plate and locaters with 22-250.

Anyone know?
