So -

I sent back my 1050 press, to have it rebuilt / looked over for some nagging adjustment issues ( mainly, a loose nut behind the press handle). I sent them my check for $163 - to cover shipping, and the rebuild. It's two years old, and I've loaded about 3K rounds on it.

I called them yesterday, to try and determine a status - I wasn't expecting it back until sometime next week, at the earliest; I figured they'd be in "holiday mode" like the rest of us.

So a yellow Ryder truck shows up at my door today, with big magnetic FED EX stickers on it. Two guys jump out, with my case feeder, and press. Surprise!

Later on this evening, after things had settled down a little, I opened up the box:

1 1050 press
1 case feeder
various parts I had sent back to accompany the press, in case they needed them,

and, my check, uncashed, with "under warranty" hand written across the front...

If the same guys who run this company, and a few others (RCBS, Hornady, Midway USA, Graf's etc.) were running Chrysler & GM, I'm pretty sure that Uncle Sam would still have a few billion dollars in his pocket...

Score one more for Dillon Precision - especially the tech. support guys - Eric, & Gary!

Thanks again!

That's good to hear; I've had nothing but great customer service from Dillon, and I don't see that changing.

@solvability... HSV? As in KHSV? We shoot approaches there all the time... it's a good lunch stop, and 127.6 is uncluttered for a CTAF.
[/derail] :)

Have you been to Greenbriar BBQ? There are two the old and the new - I like both. Right out there in Greenbriar towards Decatur.

for a 1050 i would expect 50,000-100,000 a year. However it's not a contest glad you enjoy your 1050 and had great customer service.:D
