why would you need to tune the gas block
You only want just enough gas to operate the action.

That blue carbon gun is a BEAUTY! Shame it's blue and not raw carbon. That's like painting gold a different color. Why not use another cheaper composite or fiberglass or similar if you will just paint over the beautiful weaves?
One question, which this is why I'm making this post, but why would you need to tune the gas block to not hold the bolt open? Generally it's the bolt catch that holds the bolt open, not the gas system. Not that I'm questioning the legitness of the gun, I'm just curious to the mechanical aspects of it. I like seeing people go out of the ordinary on things and do cool stuff, and it's even better when they get to shed light onto some that aren't in the know. Me specifically on this matter
Btw, do you have any more pics of the gun? I'd definitely like to see the upper/lower's interior. Very curious to how it was made. Guessing foam mold underneath? Or wood or something else. Foam seems to make the most sense to me, but heck, I have seen some people do crazy stuff with no interior mold to build off of with carbon. I def envy anyone who has built anything that looks spot on with carbon. Patience, skill, and time consuming.
To add (man, I think your the first person I have seen with so many match guns. I've never really paid much attention to match shooting, but now, I may have to look into it a bit more. Any pointers on good forums or sites specifically for ar match shooting?)
