I had an interesting idea, and figured someone here might know what I'm talking about.
Dispensing cleaners and oils for the guns is a problem. You don't generally just spray the stuff on there, so spray bottles don't really work. Tipping the bottle, and the various dispensing tops are difficult as well, at least as far as controlling how much you get. You're also generally limited on the size, which limits the economy.
I had a thought though. Years ago in high school, I remember the nurse had a small bottle that had what looked like a concave salt shaker top. There was a cover for that, but basically, she'd get a cotton ball and push it down on the top. A pump would force the alcohol or whatever antiseptic she had in there up into the dish-like top, and get absorbed by the cotton ball. Being able to pump just a few clicks onto a rag rather than messing with the flip up spout or whatever would be nice, and I could buy gallon jugs of Hoppes and such to refill with.
So, anyone know what I'm talking about, and where to get one?
