Primary Arms carries flexible, reusable stencils in digital, Multicam/woodland type, Flecktarn, and I think a tiger. You could make your own if you are being extra thrifty.
 
Armored Farmer;..... Don't forget to post pictures when it's done..... I have no experience at this either but I've seen a similar old shotgun that was nicely transformed with that Rustoleum Camo paint and it seems to hold up well on a hunting gun and is easy to touch up if needed.
 
I did one years ago with Krylon flat camo paint, fern fronds, and juniper leaves. I painted the gun olive drab, then used the plants as a template held against the finish and shooting the other colors through them. I suppose any plant leaf from your local area would work if its small enough. It came out really good and was more durable than I had anticipated.
