I was just adding up my pistols and realized I am pretty balanced

Plastic - 4

Metal - 4

Do most of you guys stick to one or the other?

Reason for this thought it the new Cougar .45 coming out, that I plan to buy.

4 metal.. 1 metal on order

3 1911s
1 WWII P38 (with swastika proof stamps)
1 Ruger MarkI

I don't own any tupperware pistols. I shot a Glock 9mm some years back that would really sock 'em in there - once I got used to the grip and trigger. I've got a couple alloy framed but no plastic, the others are all steel or s/s.

I don't own any plastic guns. I had a glock but it was plastic and metal. :neener:

All steel, alloy steel or aluminum here. I ventured over to the other side and bought a gen4 glock 17 that I loved. I sold it so I could buy a 19. Now I hear the gen4 19's release is imminent so I'm stuck in limbo as to whether to purchase now or hope it comes out within the next month or so. I should have just kept the thing.

I'd also like to buy an XD once I get a 19.

I am now a fan of plastic. I discovered that I have no preference when it comes to plastic or metal.

No Polymer Handguns..........

Of the Several I have, all are Metal.
My DSW has a couple, that I have shot a time or two.
I might buy a Ruger LCR, it's part polymer, I think.;)

50+ handguns, one plastic for carry, one aluminum framed I'm trying to dump, the rest all steel.

two plastic- they are my carry guns

four steel - their are fun range guns and would only see use in SHTF

My next two pistols will be range guns, one steel and one plastic.

Metal.

My semi-auto count is 4 metal, 4 plastic, but when adding my revolvers to the list I add 3 more metal guns to the total.
