Replicating the load won't be a problem. You already have the brass, which is the biggest thing going with the Norma ammo.
For a bullet simply use a Sierra Bullet. Their quality is as good as the Norma's.
For powder, any of the powders that give good results in the 7.62x51 (aka .308wcf) will give equally good results in the x54. Just use published data.
What performs best from your rifle may not be the same as others....
Just get some 150gr Sierra (or what ever weight you were using with the Norma), and some Winchester LR primers (or Federal, or CCI).
Start with H4895. Or Varget, or IMR4895, IMR4064, ect..... There are many, many suitable powders. Or, you can try either N203 or N204 as this is most likely what Norma is using..... But, like the Norma ammo, the powders aren't on every reloading shelf at the retailers..... And lot#'s won't be the same as yours....
Loading good ammo for the M/N rifles isn't rocket science....just experimentation.....
For starters, try weighing the loaded ammo, and then the individual components such as case. This will give you the weight.
Remember with factory ammo, the exact recipe with the lot# you have may or may not be the same with the next lot# you buy from them.....
Hence, I doubt anyone outside of Norma themselves can give you the "exact" recipe as the ammo you have. Just experiment and and enjoy the process.....
Also, remember you won't be able to "exactly" duplicate the load because your brass, has been shot in your rifle. And, will be "reloaded" using YOUR dies, on YOUR equipment.....
Hence, don't get caught up in trying to "exactly" duplicate the "FACORY" ammo. YOUR factory isn't THEIR FACTORY....
