Does anyone know what 'gun parts' are covered by today's ruling(s) ?

My assumption is that the following are covered:

• All lowers
• All uppers
• All parts kits

I would also ASSUME the following are not (yet) regulated:

• Sights
• Scopes
• Magazines
• Slings

Are my assumptions correct ?
My next question is how far does it go ?

E.G. Normal (not binary or FRT) triggers ?
