Does anyone sell simple (non-adjustable) picatinny/weaver mounted iron sights?

I am hoping to pick up a pair of super cheap weaver or picatinny mount iron sights that are very low profile and simple. I have picatinny mounts on top of my scope on my AR and it would be very nice to mount some very simple sights there for use at 30 feet or less.

I may end up making them but what I'm looking for would basically be handgun sights but with a picatinny base.
