Does rifling direction matter with bullet design?

So now we all have to be observant of the direction of flow of the flushed toilet. All three of the American Standard toilets in my house flush clockwise.
 
Climb drift and spin drift are real. So yes the direction of your twist does have an effect if you are shooting at long range.

Most of us will never notice.


I don't like gimmick ammo so I won't be able to experiment with the bullet in question.

It appears that the strakes are slanted in a counter-clockwise direction. Would its effectiveness be dependent on which way it was rotating when it hit its target?

I believe that bullet is designed to work WITH the hydrostatic pressure created in flesh. Those flutes would channel body fluids and flesh back through the groove, then channel it sideways to create a larger wound cavity.
